Maryland Chiropractic is truly amazing! I have dealt with back pain since high school and have had a positive experience with chiropractors before, but Dr. K takes chiropractor care to the next level and I have never felt better! I love the comprehensive approach that is taken here - the chiropractic treatments and adjustments are excellent, but furthermore, Dr. K, Suvi, and Paola really help you to understand your issues and create a well-rounded plan of in-office exercises and at-home changes to help you feel better. The office has such a positive energy; I genuinely enjoy going in for every visit and feel like I learn something new every time! It was incredibly easy to get started and the whole team has been very transparent and communicative. This has been one of the best decisions I could have made for my health and I recommend this practice wholeheartedly!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Kaminsky’s office for about 6 months now, and I’m constantly in awe of how great this office is! I came in for back pain and Dr. K patiently explained to me what my issue actually was and how he could also help with some foot pain I’d been having. I started feeling better after about 3 sessions, but I keep coming because it’s such a good addition to my routine. You’re not just getting adjustments, but also good physical therapy routines and stretches that help with your overall wellness. The whole office team is so kind and welcoming. They are truly invested in your health and it comes across so genuinely. The office itself is very nice and full of inspirational messages, and you can just tell that this is an environment that has been built with love and care. As long as I live in the area, I will keep coming here!

He was able to identify the problem, give me at home action steps, and help in the office with exercises and treatments. Seeing him and his wonderful team has improved my quality life immensely. This is also one of the few medical offices I have ever been to that takes such effective efforts to be easy with scheduling, transparent with costs, and accommodating to patient needs and wishes.
