Dr. Gurrapu has been my primary care doctor for a few years now, and I really like her. She's clear with her diagnoses and proactive about preventive care without making me feel worried or overwhelmed - and I am someone who is easily worried. Her nurse practitioner and front desk staff are great too - friendly, quick to respond, and they handle my insurance, claims, and bills smoothly. I've never had any issues with them.

Dr. Yamuna G, is a very approachable person and is a very good listener. She is an expert in her field and would definitely recommend her. The front office personnel are also very calm and welcoming especially Arooj is very resourceful and friendly. 10/10 experience.

The staff here has awful communication. I called recently asking for vaccine records and the woman who picked up the phone was extremely condescending and was trying to tell me I had not had vaccinations that I very much remember getting. If she couldn't understand the records that would have been fine, but outright telling me "well, that's what it says" in a rude tone was a turn off for returning as a patient. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with this office as they have previously dismissed concerns with pain or given me the attitude that I need to "get over it". I had to visit an actual specialist who wasn't immediately dismissive of me and who worked with me to find a solution.
