I’ve been seeing Dr. Richard for chiropractic treatment and adjustments, and Hilarie for massages for several years now. I found this clinic on Google 3–4 years ago when my lower back pain was so severe I could barely get out of bed. I was bedridden, shaking, and even needed help from my husband to stand. At that time, I was also taking muscle relaxants just to get through the day. After starting treatment with Dr. Richard, I was able to stop the medication completely — I threw the pills away and never looked back. Today, with regular adjustments and a few stretches he recommended, I can walk, run, and do all my usual activities without pain. Hilarie’s massages are always incredible, leaving me lighter, relaxed, and refreshed every time. This office is busy — the team is usually with clients, so there isn’t always someone at the front desk, but the space is monitored, and they know when guests arrive. They can’t just leave a session to assist immediately, and that’s exactly how it should be — your treatment deserves focus and professionalism. My advice: call ahead and book your appointment — book, book, book!

Katelynn the RMT is wonderful! I have been going to her for over a year now. Every massage is catered to your specific needs. I have calcific tendinitis in both shoulders and she does an incredible massage and stretching technique, that is very beneficial for me. As well as a great jaw massage that helps my soreness and is not painful. Best overall massage I've had, and very friendly. Give her a try, you'll be glad you did 👍 👍

I had a lack of confidence in Chiropractors, due to an experience with a Chiropractor that took place almost 30 years ago. I have benefited tremendously from acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, light manipulation, mobilization and exercises. Of utmost importance is my total comfort and confidence in Dr. Richard. He has, quite simply, set my mind at ease and very kindly answers all my questions.
