I experienced very friendly welcome and professional and knowledgeable physio assistant and physiotherapist. This space was clean and appts always on time. Treatments just didn’t work for me.

This summer, I broke an ankle (8 screws/plate) and badly sprained the other ankle. I went to the clinic for assistance in learning to walk again. Jay and Gina were GREAT!. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. Jay gave me a number of exercises to do at home to help with my recovery. If I had a question, he was helpful in answering and if I wanted to learn something specific (like how to walk up and down stairs vs crawling) he demonstrated how and made sure I was able to action before the end of my visit. I had a number of sessions with the team. When I went to see the surgeon for a check up he was very pleased with my progress. The care, help and their hands on approach has put me on the road to recovery ---- I can now walk and live independently.

I had surgery to correct a rotator cuff injury in late November 2021 and used Jay and Neesha for my physio post surgery. They were fantastic in understanding what I needed to get my shoulder back to pre injury fitness, the paperwork with my insurance company was handled completely by the practice Manager and booking appointments with my ever changing schedule was easy. I will definitely use for any further physio needs
