All I want is the money that’s owed to me. I no longer use this place.I put money down for dental work and after they process my insurance, there’s a $90 credit. There’s no need for this company to hold my money. I called 12 months ago asking about it and they said they would issue the credit to my account. Checked on it 6 months ago, same answer. I called today and they said my balance was zero and I asked them what was the credit and she said $90. I asked her again to issue the credit and she said 5 to 10 business. I’m gonna leave this review here for 5 to 10 business days. If I don’t get my credit issued to my banking account, I will be following a complaint with Alabama State Board of Dentistry. You have no right to hold my money! There is no telling how many of their customers have a credit and they don’t even know it! Seems to me they like to be sneaky with this. If you use this place, I would ask for a full breakdown and get in touch with your Insurance company to find out what all claims they have paid out and how much. The faster you give me my credit, the faster I will remove this!

I am impressed every time I come in for an Appointment. The front desk staff sets a wonderful tone for the rest of the visit. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. I have never had to wait past my scheduled time. My hygienist was very sweet and helped make my appointment feel like hanging out with a dear friend. I couldn’t be more pleased with my dental office

Please take this advice: stop pushing Invisalign when the patient declines. Having to actually defend and argue with the doctor and assistant during a filling about why I should have it is ridiculous. Yes, I was okay with discussing it and then I gave a very clear explanation and said no. I should have never had to even explain myself. I was very clear I understood and agreed it would help, but I also explained why it wouldn’t work for me or my life and that it would be a waste right now. As someone who couldn’t manage a night retainer as a teenager, and also knowing I’m an uninsured patient $5k is not nothing. The worst part was behaving and continuing to argue as though I’ve said something abhorrent when I just declined. 22 hours a day in your mouth doesn’t work for me, it’s that simple. And sending me a letter after the fact asking to discuss it AGAIN is why you’re reading this. I have also seen another comment about pushing Invisalign before. The lady said she cried about it and I felt like doing that too. It’s a problem that needs to be addressed otherwise I will never return. Dental care is a very sensitive thing that far too many employees simply don’t understand. My hygienist is lovely, the staff is usually great but I was genuinely upset.
