Absolutely would give zero stars! I had a package that was expected today, but it was out for delivery on Friday. Good, right? WRONG! I got a text saying it was being delivered within 10 minutes at almost 8pm. At first, I thought it was a scam text.Then a minute later, I'm getting a call from the courier (Their personal phone). I'm currently working, but answered thinking it'd be a quick and easy call. NOPE! Dude tells me he's in front of my "house" to deliver the package. At this point, it's almost 8pm on a Friday. I usually have packages delivered to my husband's work to prevent theft, and I wasn't expecting anything at that date or time. I told the courier this, and he acknowledged that it was indeed a business park he was at. He asked if he could pass my package off to one of the neighboring businesses. I told him they all close at the same time and there's no one to hand it to. The courier kept arguing with me, saying he'd mark it as undeliverable and that it'd come late the next week if he can't deliver it now. I told him over and over again, there was no one to drop it off to. Follow up to today, the day my package was actually supposed to be delivered, I'm notified by the sender that my package was indeed marked as undeliverable, but that instead of trying to deliver it to me, Apple Express sent it back to the sender. Absolutely lazy!!! The work ethic of this company is deplorable and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I'll also be informing the sender that they should cut ties with this company as they clearly don't care enough to properly do the job they're paid to do. I can see why these guys have such a low rating, and am shocked they've been able to stay in business this long. Thanks for absolutely nothing Apple Express.

Horrible courier services!! Completely unprofessional drivers. This is second bad experience receiving stuff from Apple. Spoke directly with the courier himself on the phone today, while buzzing him in. Told him my wife was home and kindly asked him to leave at my doorstep. All he had to do was go up a few floors, but he just opened main door, and threw on the ground in the lobby and left. I will be phoning the major distribution company that they deal with and advise them to drop these guys too, otherwise I won't be ordering from them either. Maybe they should read their reviews here too.

I had a parcel attempted delivery on a Saturday evening to a business address, of course it was closed. i received a notification that it would be delivered the next business day (Monday), but it still wasn't received. On Wednesday i received an update that it was out for delivery but it never arrived. I called on Thursday and they could not tell me where my package was and it "maybe delivered this week". I tracked the package again the next day and the "out of delivery" was suddenly erased from the log and the package is nowhere to be found. Stay away from this company!

If I could give this delivery service less than one, I would have gladly given them zero. It is because of Apple Express that I will be reconsidering using certain companies that have decided to use their service for delivery - especially Temu. It's unfortunate. It is entirely this delivery company that is hurting the other companies that have decided to contract their business to them. It is an awful company and I cannot believe that they've been in operation for so long considering their lack of ability to do the job. I was supposed to be delivered my package on Sunday. It was out for delivery and then the tracking stopped for 2 days - to the point where the company that was sending me the products reached out to contact me to see if I actually received the product because they noticed that it had been out for delivery for 2 days. I contacted Apple Express and, after a 30 minute wait to talk to a live person, they had assured me that it would be delivered either on Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest. I made sure that they knew exactly where they were supposed to go in order to make the delivery - giving them street names and directions. In the late evening on Wednesday night, I received a notification on my phone that an attempt at delivery had been made and nobody had answered so the product was being returned back to the delivery hub. At the time that I received the notification, I was sitting on the couch watching TV. At no time did my intercom/phone ring. At that point, I was just downright ticked because I had had to stay home for 4 days waiting for a package that never came and they had the audacity to say that they had actually attempted delivery. The next day I called and had to wait for another 30 minutes to get a hold of a live person who said that the notes were the delivery person made the attempt. I fired back at her saying I don't understand how in a delivery attempt could really be made if nobody had actually called the apartment because I was sitting there waiting for my package all night. As the package has materials in it that I need to be able to use for my job, I demanded that the package be delivered on the Thursday but I was told that there is no driver available to make the delivery. I offered to drive all the way to Richmond - almost a one and a half hour drive - to pick up the darn package that I've been waiting for since Sunday and I was told that they wouldn't let me pick it up. So now it is Friday and again there is no word about where my package is. The company that I bought the material from has now been contacted and I have demanded to have my money back due to breach of contract. I am not wasting any more of my time waiting for a delivery service that has no respect for people's time or the fact that they have their own jobs to do. I wholeheartedly agree with the other people that have taken the time to submit reviews. This is got to be THE WORST delivery service I have ever come across and there are some pretty bad ones out there. From here on in, I will make it my business to let every person I know on social media and every person I know in the vicinity of where I live that they should never invest any time or energy in Apple Express. This delivery service does not deserve to have any customers.
