Fraudster. They accept your payment but will not process it. Collections agency called even though payment was through their website and proof of payment shown Repeated calls to their office resulted in repeated statements that their team would "look into the issue" with no resolution.

I was buying a parking pass and while I was getting the pass the guy was over writing me a ticket and when I ran over showing him I was just getting a pass he said "ok no problem, I'll just cancel the ticket" and I though ok good. Two months later I get something in the mail stating I owe them money. I called and they wouldn't cancel to ticket. Don't trust the guys giving out tickets they clearly don't care and the customer service when I called clearly didn't care either. Horrible company!!!
