Sam was incredibly helpful with getting my MOT done short notice, the team were great and very accommodating. Going to garages can be a bit intimidating as a woman but they all made me feel incredibly welcome and whilst I was waiting I only saw other customers that were women so I can’t be the only one! Earlier on in the year my car said ❌ NO MORE DRIVING. Sam took my car in from recovery and had the wet belt changed asap. Always had good experiences, will keep returning.
Iv had 2 seperate issues with 2 different cars and both times iv gone to DRT and they helped diagnose both issues and really helped me out. I didn't catch their names but they were so helpful and kind. Hopefully I get a car sorted and can use them again in the future. Thanks again guys 👍
