I had a great experience in Downtown Montreal Dentistry today. Dr. Anthony was very professional and detailed oriented. He explained the steps of the process and advised me the options for my choice. He is very focused. I knew I was in good hands. The receptionists were also very friendly, helpful and efficient. This is definitely the dental clinic I will rely on for all my dental treatments in future.

I found Dr. Dustin Kennedy through Instagram. My first impression of the clinic was excellent. The good: My dental hygienist was wonderful. She was extremely patient, meticulous, and gentle. I never felt pain or anxiety. The concerns: Unfortunately, I was not pleased with Dr. Kennedy’s work. While the restorations looked realistic, the procedure took over four hours in the chair with my mouth open!! This severely aggravated my TMJ, to the point that my jaw locked. I later needed Botox injections at another clinic just to relax my jaw, which would suddenly snap shut. In addition, Dr. Kennedy insisted on matching the restorations to my neighbouring teeth, despite my request to make them lighter since I planned to bleach my teeth. As a result, I’m now stuck with discoloured teeth. To bleach them, I would have to redo the restorations—an expensive and painful process given the damage to my jaw during the first procedure. As well, I had a chipped on-lay that he kept insisting on replacing (instead of patching as another dentist did) to the point where he tried to forcibly break it one time and I had to ask him to stop! I’m genuinely surprised that I seem to be the only person leaving non-positive feedback. I’m not sure if I was simply very unlucky or if some of the reviews are not entirely authentic.

I been through 3 different dentist locations and all those dentist locations couldnt or deal with the problems i had with my teeth. They would tell me the problem and wanted me to come in 3 months to fix it, but i felt the problem needed to br dealt at the moment. Finally this place got everything i needed. Staff super nice, cleaning was beyond perfect. While i was getting my cleaning done, the hygienist stopped and showed me the difference of the teeth she cleaned and what she needs to be clean next as comparison. Gave me some knowledge of what i have and why i need to clean it. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done today thank you so much

Good visit. The two receptionists were very friendly and accommodating for scheduling new appointments. Kim did a god job of cleaning my teeth and gave some good suggestions to keep teeth healthy. Dr. Seminara also is very friendly. Didn’t rush through our chat after my cleaning and I really liked that he didn’t jump to conclusions with a possible tooth problem for both my husband and I. For me he said what could possibly be the problem but would need a more detailed examination down the road. For my husband he knew exactly what was wrong, explained treatment and set it up within a few weeks. We are very satisfied with Downtown Montreal Dentistry. Would definitely recommend.
