Outstanding to work with! My roof is about nine years old. The roof around my chimney had lost some shingles. Jacob responded immediately to my request to look at it. He took a lot of time to explain to me not only how the chimney assembly was not installed properly, but also how several aspects of the entire roof were installed incorrectly. At this point, most contractors would have pushed to sell me a new roof. Jacob did not. Even though he expressed concern about my roof, he simply said, 'if it's not leaking, there's no reason to spend the money on a whole new roof at this point. Call me if you do find a leak or, in 10 years when you do need a new roof". Definately the high degree of integrity you want in a contractor! Ducote Roofing (Jacob) fixed the problem with the roof connected to my chimney, explained the fix to me in terms I could understand, and had it complete less than two weeks after I first contacted him. I highly recommend them for any roofing help you may need. They are now my go-to roofer!

Very good job! Ducote Roofing will take the job like they tell you. Quality you can count on. Workers were very polite, clean and explained what the were doing on my repair job. They even took care of another flashing problem.
