I had a small repair, being no power to a dishwasher, in a large condo building. The building gave me the names of the electrical contractors who work in the building, one of which was Dunning. I was hesitant to use them because the job was so small. The first one I called never followed up after three attempt. Dunning, however, was easy to reach, responsive and very fair on its pricing. My several communications with Dunning staff were fast, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Dunning.

I contacted Dunning to replace the 35+ year old electrical panel in my apartment as I prepared it to go on the market. From my initial inquiry through the work's completion, they were responsive to all my questions. They handled the permitting. They were able to fit the work into the timeline I had for other work going on in the apartment. And, they showed up on time, did the work, and went above and beyond by providing advice for handling some unexpected and complicated issues that arose. Also, my building manager and engineer -- who have seen this kind of work done in many apartments in the building -- report that their prices are highly competitive. I would definitely use them for any other electrical work I need to have done.

I know they do great work, our building uses them. However their attitude is they think they can show up whenever want just because our condo building already has a contract. I’ll go with someone more customer service oriented who can tell time.
