My son went here for a free diagnostic. They told him he could not drive his vehicle home. They made $700 in repairs without getting consent from me (the parent) and then told me “we don’t check ID’s so if someone tells us to fix it we do”. My son, being a minor, was under the assumption his truck did not run after getting to their shop. They told him it wouldn’t drive even though it was driven there. I went to talk with them and ask for an invoice for services and was then told “I will not give it to you, your son can come and get it” even though HE IS A MONOR. All services were done without authorization! I would never take a vehicle to this place! Their “free diagnostic” is clearly a scam! 0/10 recommend this place. Very rude and unprofessional.

I brought a control arm in to have the bushing pressed in because it was too big for the tools I had. Everyone here is top notch. Amazing service and everyone I interacted with was super kind. The best experience at an automotive place I have ever received. 100/10 recommend!

I took my car to these guys almost a month ago to have my AC worked on they couldn't find the part that day so they told me to pick up my car I got there and they charged me 160 dollars to pick it up I have been calling and checking to see if they found the part yet and of course they haven't I get on the phone and start calling I found the part within 10 minutes! They are extremely RUDE I have the part but I refuse to let them put it on because they will definitely find something else wrong! Save yourself a lot of stress and do not take your vehicle to them!!!!!

These people were absolutely great! I was driving my little sports car on a road trip when I was going through OKC. My car started cutting out real bad while going down the highway. And I was fairly certain it was the fuel pump. It was a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have the tools I needed to fix it myself. Just by luck, Mike's is actually open on the weekend! I spoke with them over the phone and got everything set up. Then had my car towed over. They got to work on it first thing Monday morning and I was ready to go. The best part is, they didn't rake me over the coals! They charged me an extremely reasonable price to get my little car on the road again! Unfortunately, I'm not local to the area. However, if I ever need a mechanic when I'm around OKC again. I will definitely be going right back to Mike's!
