It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in retail. Every employee was so kind and accommodating. As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help. That day, I was looking for an outfit for a party and was immediately given recommendations. I was grateful for recommendations that suited my style. At other stores, I’m often just recommended whatever their bosses tell them to focus on selling, but this felt more personal, like shopping with a friend. When I went to the change room, the employee there was friendly and encouraging, and giving tips on how to style the pieces. Thank you so much for a wonderful shopping experience.

the two ladies working monday september 8th (wish i got their names) were sooo sweet and so helpful, super nice and attentive, hyped me up and really kind while chatting with me and my boyfriend. such a good price store too, same quality and styles as competitors for half the price, new fav store

I went shopping with two teens that were trying to find outfits for grade 8 grad. I had stopped shopping at Dynamite years ago due to lack of help when needed. Wow has that changed! The 3 of us were greeted with a friendly smile by all staff but Shay really stood out. Shay was willing to help the teens by bringing them dresses in preferred materials and texture. They had many different suggestions for styles and outfits. Shay was also knowledgeable about the different products they brought to us. This experience was amazing, and we will definitely be back when we aren't in a big rush.
