So great, cannot recommend them enough! Typically I have large deliveries sent to them, and pick them up from the hub once they phone (which is usually within ten minutes of the order arriving). Super easy, super friendly, super convenient. I'm outside of the usual delivery zone, but every now and then get a call saying they're delivering straight to my door (40 minutes the wrong way) even when it's 8 boxes and 220lbs of stuff. Absolutely worth every penny, especially if you're ordering from the mainland to the island and it's something that needs shipped reliably and quickly. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Do not use ACE if you live outside of Duncan. After nearly 2 weeks waiting for my overnight delivery, I finally had to go to the warehouse looking for my order, was told it would be delivered that night, and didn't see it until the next morning. I am very disappointed with the service. In using ACE in the past (a lot many years ago)in Duncan I had a great relationship with them, but am so disappointed this time. I think this time they didn't want to deliver out of time. I had to post this as a warning to others that might live outside of town; I suspect they are much better in the busier areas.
