I got there at 11:30Am I checked in and the lady at office was so nice she told me that my appointment is 12:30pm so I was early an hour She said we will call you when we get dock door for you I waited and waited no body called me Now is 6:00pm I walked back to the office and ask her What is going on the lady at office said we are four hours behind but we will call you I came back in to my truck and tried get some sleep. They called me 2:00am next morning, Imagine thirteen and half hours waited To get loaded All I can say is If you are a driver who wants to Roll And meet his or her Goal for the week Avoid this place it will hold you back.

Got here early for the appointment. Lady at check-in was very nice. Was told they would be happy to work us in. There is absolutely no trucks being loaded. 2 trucks that came while we were waiting just left. Arrived at 1130 hrs. Got a door at 1800 hrs. It is currently 2130 hrs. The light is still green. No movement in trailer yet. But, employee breaks have been very regular and long. I don’t know if they realize truckers can feel movement while being loaded or if they know truckers make money by miles driven, not sitting to be loaded. We too were told that the employees were on a lunch break. Something is 100% wrong with the organization at this facility. At this point in time, I would say avoid it if at all possible. Working on second 10 hr break. Didn’t need either one.

I’ve been here twice this month to deliver. Both times I was in and out in an hour. They hand you your paperwork when you check in, so once you get a green light, you’re free to leave. The one downside to here, which is not their fault, is the narrow road leading to here has had a container trailer dropped right on the corner so that you can’t make a left turn out. It also blocks the sign leading to the street. It needs to be towed and impounded. If there was a company name on it anyone, I’d have tracked it down.

6 hours to get loaded... 1 hour to get your paperwork, another 15 min waiting for the guy to seal you up. Slow employees. Two stars for it being a clean facility and easy parking.
