I can still remember the day I came here like it was yesterday. I had my 9 month old with me, and was already sad I had no one to babysit her. I took her with me, because I had done that with other doctor appointments. My baby was crying because her first tooth was coming in. Instead of being empathetic, they shamed and humiliated me for bringing my baby. I cried after. I would rather let my teeth rot out of my head than come back here. I now drive 50 minutes North to a much better, more caring dentist. This experience haunts me. Shame on you all.

Their appts are months out & They’re unable to do anything extensive here, just basic cleanings & fillings. The dentist literally refused to make a call to the referral partner, on my daughter’s behalf (even though she apparently needs oral surgery) bcz “that’s not how dentistry works”. I guess this dentist office doesn’t have phones, or they don’t know how to use them, nor do the individuals working here have ability to converse with specialists in different offices. According to the staff here, it’s simply impossible to reach out to an oral surgeon, or an endodontist, etc. to refer a patient directly. You would’ve thought I asked to put a hit out on someone. Such a shame.

My daughter loved it and she's only 3 they made it so much fun for her and normally she hates anywhere that has any doctor's or nurses. Great place they have my babies approval!

Horrible! The dentist who seen my son was so rude and unprofessional. I will never take my son back to this place. First and last time!!!!!!!!!
