We are very grateful to Dr. Kristina. She is a wonderful, responsible, and caring veterinarian who always gives her full attention to our pets. Our cats absolutely love her, and we trust her completely. We feel calm knowing that they are in her hands. Honestly, we only come to this clinic because of her. I was grateful to get my dog in quickly for a foot infection, but I immediately regretted choosing this facility. As soon as I got into the exam room, an off-leash dog ran in—something that could have gone very wrong since my dog isn’t always friendly with unfamiliar animals. Dr. Tim Bowels barely looked at my dog before telling me what I “needed to buy from them.” When I asked for advice, his response was simply, “It is what it is, even if you have to buy 10 cones.” There was zero empathy, zero concern, and zero effort to actually help. He repeatedly asked if I’d have a cone tonight, and even after I said yes multiple times, his attitude remained negative. He also told me that everything I was doing to help my dog was wrong—even though these were the same steps another vet previously recommended when it happened to one of my pups. I understand educating pet owners, but dismissing someone’s efforts with no compassion or understanding is unacceptable. In the short 20 minutes I was there, it became very clear that the only priority was money. If you care about your pets and want to be treated with basic respect, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I’ll gladly drive farther for compassionate care.
