I was on the same medication from the same doctor for over 5 years. Never had any issues but a week ago they refused to refill because I need an appointment. I’m not in the state until November, two months from now, so I made an appointment but they still refused to refill a bridge, nurse saying I have to come in earlier. I need this meds to function and live life. Filed complaints with Endeavor Health and Illinois Medical Board to investigate. Gathering paperwork for a lawsuit due to withdrawals and will give an update here. My PCP of 10 years was awesome, unfortunately lack of engagement and inadequate nursing staff ended our relationship on a bad note.

Do not ever go here, I waited months for an appointment, i had to drive in rush hour traffic for an hour to get to my 5:30 appointment, used PTO so i could leave work early and got there 7 minutes after my appointment time because of an accident that added 15 minutes to my travel time and they turned me away” The lady said “We have a 10 minute grace period” and i replied “Yes and im here 7 munutes after my appointment that’s with in the 10 minute slot you allow” to which she fumbled for an answer and eventually landed on “well its different for everyone”. Let me not forget i filled out all my paperwork ahead of time they sent me 15 texts about this week as reminders. These people do not care they are there to collect a pay check and get out as soon as possible. I spoke to many of my family members in the health care world and they are all in disbelief as well, if you’re gonna go here for gods sake bring a tent and camp out the night before.

I went for my blood work today & was extremely disappointed. The person who took my bloodwork wanted to get extra blood work inspite of the order that was put in by my Doctor. She was unfriendly & impolite. Didn't even have the courtesy to say my name correctly.

So I hurt my shoulder after working out. Tried to let it heal on its own, but not improving. So naturally, I try to make a doctors appointment, and they’re completely booked. I basically have to wait a month before I can be seen by anyone. Defeats the purpose of having a doctor, if you can’t be seen in reasonable amount of time. Been going to Edwards for over 20 years, but if I can’t be taken care of I’ll go somewhere else.
