Madison and her team at Effortless Events made the entire planning process and day of our wedding completely stress free! We hired Madison as a full-time planner before booking any other vendors. She set up our venue tour for us, assisted in booking all vendors, was the primary point of contact for the vendors, did our florals and design, created day of timeline, brought up new and creative ideas throughout the whole planning process, etc! We could not have gotten through this process throughout her and are so happy we chose Madison and her team as our planner! 10/10 recommend!

Elizabeth from Effortless Events was an absolute lifesaver and the MVP of our wedding day! I started working with Madison, the owner, who also was amazing and super helpful and then Elizabeth took over for the day-of coordination, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. She was so organized, thorough, and thoughtful, talking through every detail with me ahead of time and helping finalize the schedule so everything ran perfectly. On the big day, she went above and beyond in every way. When we had a little hiccup, she even made a boutonniere herself to fix the problem! Her decoration skills are unmatched! Everything was exactly as we discussed and even better! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, had mints on hand for us and the wedding party, made sure our rings and vows were transported to where they needed to be and kept the energy cheerful and calm throughout. Her prior experience at our venue was such a huge help, and she handled every detail seamlessly. Elizabeth was the ultimate point of contact for vendors and guests, and everyone kept saying how amazing and helpful she was. Even if you’re a type-A planner like me, hiring Effortless Events is a no-brainer!!! Elizabeth makes the day feel effortless, joyful, and completely stress-free. I’m forever grateful for her and Madison!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!
