⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I wish I could give 10/5 stars!) I don’t usually write reviews, but today I truly wanted to take a moment to thank eFulfillment Service for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. Being from Indian descent and running my business from another country, I was amazed by how warmly and respectfully they treated me from day one. Unfortunately, I’m closing my business due to bankruptcy, a very difficult time for me, yet the EFS team handled everything with such grace and empathy. When I told them I couldn’t afford my warehouse rent, they didn’t pressure me or flood me with emails; instead, they calmly put my account on hold and even helped me find a liquidation solution when no one else would. It’s rare to find a family-owned company that truly treats you like family, but EFS does exactly that. I’ve worked with them for almost a year, and I can say with complete confidence that they are the best fulfillment partner anyone could ask for. I've been very happy with the consistently responsive service at EFS. Very good customer service, flawless on time shipping and returns, and integration with various selling platforms. Professionally run and friendly as well! A great fit for small businesses like mine.

We've used eFulfillment Service for many years to ship out books that customers order and have had stellar service, communication, and support. We have shipped all over the world with them and set all of it programmatically where our ecommerce software notified their server of which products to ship where. Totally hands-off except for when inventory gets low and I need to order a new batch of books from the printer to be sent to eFulfillment Service. Real people, small company, affordable prices.
