It was my first time at Fit Physiotherapy. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Johnny with a friendly and happy smile who was going to be my physiotherapist. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and inviting. Smelt fresh and clean, which was a great first impression. Johnny did his assessment with care and made sure I was feeling ok. He then showed me the exercises that I needed to do for my condition. He put both mats down, one for himself and one for me. He did the exercises with me, which was nice. Johnny is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I feel that I will improve with what he has shown me. So grateful to have been recommended this place, and to have met Johnny for my physio treatments. Thank you :)

Pankil and staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helping you get to your end goal of full range of motion from your injury. I had elbow replacement. torn Ligaments in arm and pulled Ligaments in my hand and wrist. Pankil in just a few months has gotten to about 80% usage and still going. I would recommend Fitt physiotherapy to anyone who needs therapy.

Very very positive experience. Pankil is absolutely amazing!! He not only is a miracle worker he also explains everything as he goes. You can't go wrong with this clinic. Staff is so kind and will help you with everything you need.

I’ve been coming to Fit Physio for the past several months. I can honestly say it has made a huge difference in my recovery. Pankil is super knowledgeable and the entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress. Highly recommend!!
