Both times, no one showed up—and worse, there was no attempt to confirm or communicate with me beforehand. Do I even dare try a third time? This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering I’m a disabled veteran trying to meet time-sensitive requirements. The lack of reliability and communication has caused me serious anxiety about whether my loan will go through in time—and whether I could lose my home as a result

We've had a couple of different techs at our place, and what is refreshing is that they both performed their work without taking shortcuts. The culture at this organization appears to be to teach everyone to perform the same service, whether it's your regular account or not.
