She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and seemed to understand times that I wanted to talk, and times I wanted to relax. The staff member that welcomed me in to Elan skin was also super sweet. I think his name was Jeff. The lobby was welcoming and beautifully decorated. I was honored to spend an hour there!
