My experience with FSH has been highly unsatisfactory. They visited our home to take measurements at the end of March and committed to completing the work within two months. However, it has now been four months, and they have not even finished the furniture for a single room. A significant portion of our order is still pending. Their approach has been extremely unprofessional. Whenever they require a payment, they will arrive and work for a day, but once the payment is made, they disappear for weeks without any updates and often do not respond to calls or messages. While their sales representatives are polite and make impressive commitments to secure the order, the actual service delivery is entirely different. After taking the payment, they continue to delay the work indefinitely. They have taken our money, and every time we follow up regarding the pending work, they provide false assurances. Overall, their lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability has caused us considerable stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
