I was seen here fall 2024 by Tyler. I still think about this service and I regret not reaching back out to the clinic to give feedback, as my experience was not a favourable one. Clinician spent a lot of the service mentioning acupuncture- several times after I had stated I wasn’t interested at this time. There was also a lot of sighing, yawning, and groaning from the individual giving the massage- which wasn’t relaxing. Seemed as though he didn’t want to be there or to service me (it was an evening appt). Didn’t ask me about pressure (felt as though my ribs were going to collapse under the pressure- I did address this toward the end). Lastly, the beds are dated and spent the entire massage with my cheek bone firmly pressed against a piece of wood under the small cushioning available.

THIS CLINIC IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment for today at 4pm. They just called me to cancel it at 2.40pm. I understand things happen but they ask for 24h cancellation notice to not charge you. What do we get for unnotice cancellation, just about at the same time the appointment is. This is a mutual commitment and I didn't feel it from them. I've not tried this clinic but I was eager to, based on reviews. Now, NO, thank you. You can play with other people schedules, money and pain.

I had a wonderful time at Elgin Spa. My massage therapist (I cannot remember her name) was excellent and the rooms are all upstairs (away from any and all noise from traffic and people). I loved how quiet, clean and peaceful it was. Such a great setup. Prices were pretty good too! 125$ for a whole hour. I will definitely be back.
