I have been a client at Milan Laser for about a year, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite paying for treatment, I have only been able to receive services for roughly half of the year due to frequent cancellations, most often caused by staffing issues. Since the change in management, the situation has only worsened. The current manager appears disengaged and repeatedly states that these problems are “out of her control.” I am now in the process of requesting a refund for the remainder of my treatment, which the manager seems almost relieved about, rather than interested in finding a solution so I can actually receive the services I paid for. I work a job that requires me to request Friday or Saturday appointments, which I communicated clearly from the beginning. I was told those days were never available. When I attempted to be flexible and booked a Wednesday appointment instead, it was cancelled yet again because there was only one provider who called out sick. While I understand that illness happens, these cancellations are constant, and it feels unfair to label me as “difficult” when appointments are repeatedly cancelled regardless of the day. Additionally, I find it concerning that many of the five-star reviews appear to be from clients on their first day, before any treatment has actually occurred. I was also encouraged to leave a five-star review upon signing up, which I’m glad I didn’t do in hindsight. This experience was something I had looked forward to for a long time, and it’s incredibly disappointing to feel that an entire year and a significant amount of money were wasted. The staff seems overworked, understaffed, and jaded, which has made me uncomfortable continuing care here. If you are a potential client, I strongly recommend considering another business or, at the very least, being aware that even management openly acknowledges ongoing staffing issues that prevent consistent service. Be prepared for difficulty booking appointments and possibly being sent to other locations.

My gosh the scheduling for this place is awful !! You sign up for a loan only to get cancelled all the time because of shortage of staff and people being out sick I mean there is always an excuse for why your appointment get canceled and before management responds with my comment that there’s no one by my name there yes I get treatment here in the Berwyn location under a different name and been coming here for 1 year and I’m so disheartened by what I’ve experienced. Please think twice before booking here with Milan because it’s felt like a waste of money and time. And now I can’t even cancel because I’m paying off loan they made me get while signing up with them. I pay the loan monthly yet can’t seem to get consisten treatmeant. Dont make the same mistake as me and find somewhere better that’s actually fully staffed and care about you. Also something concerning is that they always seem to get new staff that Dont have experience and getting laser by inexperienced people is so scary

Absolutely wonderful experience, professional service, bed side manner and excellent quality of laser. I have referred several friends especially that suffer from PCOS and endometriosis. Kristen is my absolute fave!!! she makes it comfortable to get through even the uncomfortable laser spots. The best part is Milan laser is operated with nursing staff so their is an extra layer of care.
