Lee was great, responded quickly, arrived on time and swapped out the tap without issue and also gave me a couple of bits of helpful advice. He rehung a fallen radiator and fitted a replacement bath waste for us in about an hour flat, for less than every other quote we got, with no nonsense, no mess and great results.
