I wanted to thank Abby for her great work with my hair; it turned out exactly how I wanted. However, I have a complaint about how she did my eyebrows. I didn’t like them, and she almost removed them completely. I feel bad about how they look and would like a refund. I can send you a photo. Her disappeared when she finished my eyebrows. I saw them when I left and I started crying because she almost erased them. I shouldn't have to pay for this. I need to write because I'm very upset about how my eyebrows look. When I tried to do them for work, I couldn't manage it; they're practically hairless and have no shape. When I told the Spanish-speaking girl to tell Abby, I said I didn't want them thin, just neat, and she left me with just a thin line of eyebrows. I need to escalate this complaint because she knows she messed up my eyebrows, and my face is my presentation. Every woman goes to a salon expecting to look beautiful, and she didn't even give me a mirror to see my eyebrows because she knew she'd done them wrong. I gave her tips because I thought she deserved them. She ruined my appearance, and I'm going to put how bad they look in the reviews. If she made fun of me just for not speaking Spanish, I'm going to let management know that my husband helped me tell her what I wanted regarding my hair in English. I don't think they can offer me this job.

I got a blowout today, and oh my gosh!! Best experience of my life!!! Cameron was my stylist. The time and effort she took to give a proper shampoo and condition experience was amazing !! My hair has never felt so clean and so soft not to mention the prefect blowout!!! Conversation came so easy too! Can’t wait for my next blowout!
