Ms. Killeen is outstanding she walked us through the entire cruise process from making sure we were knowledgeable about pre-check in, she mailed out tickets and boarding passes to our home. She went above and beyond our families expectations. Even while we on our cruise we emailed her with a question, she responded within an hour. Lisa Killeen service is a 10 out of 10 thank you for making our family reunion on Carnival cruise possible. All my future travels will be booked with Lisa Killeen.
