The technician, Mr Samuel, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the process. Not only did he use his excellent skills to get me back inside without any damage to my lock or door, but he also gave really helpful advice about maintaining and upgrading locks to improve home security.
