I called ahead before travelling and explained that I needed: • a long key (around 10 cm), • straight, • with a triangular tip. The shop assistant said that they should have what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was dealt with by a different shop assistant and shown: • a short key, • L-shaped / right-angled, • not with a triangular tip. If the exact item wasn’t available, that would have been fine. However, this second shop assistant was rude and insisted he knew what I had asked for because he was “standing next to” the colleague I spoke to on the phone. I didn’t argue, thanked him, and left. A waste of time.
