I had the pleasure of having tea at Episodes in the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was pure elegance—serene, beautifully designed, and the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a luxurious afternoon. What truly made the visit memorable was the impeccable service, especially from my server, Irene. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. The tea selection was exquisite, the presentation stunning, and everything from the pastries to the service felt like a true indulgence. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is an experience worth savoring.

Lunch at Vendôme in Emirates Palace was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and impeccable service made me feel truly special. The setting is stunning, with elegant interiors and a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens. The buffet offered an incredible variety, from fresh seafood to flavorful Middle Eastern dishes, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I couldn’t resist indulging in the desserts—they were simply exquisite! The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. It was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for another memorable meal.

We have visited this hotel in October, 2023. We liked it so much that we decided to visit it again this year to update our experience. In spite of the small miscommunications with the hotel during the booking process and checking in it was absolutely fantastic vacation. I love the building, the beach, the restaurants. The service was impeccable as it was expected from any MO hotel. The SPA experience was amazing. The checking out process was quick and smooth. I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism to the team especially to Mrs Olga Kutsenok, the Guest Relations Manager, the Philip from the Concierge team and many others.

My family and I visited Episodes restaurant. We ordered food and drinks from the a la carte menu. The choice is excellent and the food is really delicious. The most impressive part of the experience was the service we received. We were served by Jim, Irene, Jazon and June who were all excellent, but we must give special mention to Jazon who ensured all of our needs were met. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable, Jazon.
