John Hamilton (owner/ operator) is very helpful and knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me or offer me things I didn’t need. I would recommend them to anybody and will use them again. They came out the same day I called and showed up on time. That doesn't seem to happen these days. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage door. John could have came out and sold me a new spring and I wouldn't even have know. But he didn't. He was honest and made a (to him) a simple repair. He charged me a fair price and was in and out in 20 minutes. He then educated me on how I should take care of my door. I would highly recommend Empire Garage Door & Repair LLC

My spring broke on my garage door. John came on Friday a few hours after I called. After determining the proper size, had to order the part. He came back on Sunday, at no extra charge and install the new spring and adjusted my door. I was impressed with expedient response and caring to get my door operational again. I highly recommend Empire and use again if I have any garage door issues in the future.
