My son was admitted at his hospital a few days ago. Everyone from the respiratory technicians, nurses, and doctors were so great. Everyone was very kind and very caring. All the staff made sure to explain what was going on very thoroughly. This was a scary experience to go through but the every person who helped us out made sure my son was well taken care of. Will always be thankful.

I had a very upsetting experience at Edward-Elmhurst Hospital (OB/GYN). I came for my 10-week pregnancy ultrasound with my 19-month-old son, who was standing quietly and not causing any problems. Instead of understanding, the receptionist immediately became rude and unprofessional, telling me that children are not allowed, even though I was never informed of such a policy. When I explained that I had no one to help me with my child, she became visibly irritated. I was already emotional and vulnerable as a pregnant woman and ended up crying. Thankfully, one kind nurse Linda comforted me, but the rest of the staff and manager Natalyia only made things worse. When my son cried, instead of patience, they suggested I reschedule and basically tried to send me home — even though I had waited two weeks for this appointment. My husband came to support me and talk to the receptionist that wasn’t kind from her, but the situation escalated with the manager calling security, which was humiliating. This is supposed to be an OB/GYN office — a place where women should feel supported, cared for, and respected during one of the most sensitive times of their lives. Instead, I felt stressed, disrespected, and completely unsupported. The manager later apologized, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Pregnant women deserve compassion, not hostility.

I had an emergency two weeks ago at 4am and went to Endeavor Health Edward Hospital in Naperville. I was thankful that I was quickly brought into the ER and into my own room. The doctors were very professional trying to find out why I had a 10 level pain in my lower back and after hours of working with me with different medications, I was admitted to the Spine Department. I spent 4 days in a private room being attended by the most caring, loving and compassionate nurses, doctors, techs and other staff members. I was grateful that I had a large window that showed the sunlight and some large trees and vegetation. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made every attempt to lower my agonizing back pain. THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE HERE!!! NO JOKE! My wife and I eat real food that I cook from scratch every week. I felt the love and care while eating these beautiful, tasty and nutritious meals. The staff that brought my food were just as caring and compassionate to assist in my healing. I have been home now for 10 days with little pain and I just started physical therapy to insure a full recovery. I am grateful for everything that was put into place to make this experience incredibly loving and most importantly, very healing. Thank You!!

If I could give a zero, I would for my experience with my OB/GYN. Specifically, Megan she was the rudest doctor I ever met in my life. I came in for a check up and I told her about my issues that I was feeling and she didn’t wanna examine me because I was just there for a check up and she became all red faced that she has to do more than I guess her job which is to take care of her patience. Made me feel so bad. I walked out without even getting my babies, heartbeat, checked, even though I had a miscarriage before that. And I went there, hoping to hear a good strong heartbeat, but all she cared about was not doing the exam for my lower pelvic pain. Because I guess that was more then a check up After that, I walked out, called my insurance and switched to another doctor because if she’s there I’ll never go back or go to that hospital in general.
