I am gladly leaving this review for Enlighten Excursions. I just returned from a fabulous trip to UAE 🇦🇪 where we celebrated my mom's birthday. Dierdre and I had been talking and planning this trip for nearly two years and there was no detail that was not discussed. It is challenging to coordinate a trip for 8 people but Dierdre and her team ensured that we had a smooth trip. Even with a minor hiccup and challenge while there, Dierdre addressed the issue even with a time difference. I recommend Enlighten Excursions for your traveling needs and will be calling them soon for upcoming travels. Thank you for helping to make this trip memorable for all parties. My mom is still talking about it 😃🤗

I wish to thank Deidre Swinson and Enlightened Excursions for their services provided for a cruise I took recently with Virgin Voyages with my adult daughter. I provided Deidre with some basic parameters, dates and price limits, etc., and she worked to provide us with several options. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to discover that she found individual cabins for us with balconies for very reasonable prices. With all inclusive packages that Virgin Voyages provide, it was an easy choice for us. In addition, there were exciting meal options onboard and on shore excursions to choose from. Deidre showed us the restaurant options so when it came time for us to make reservations for dinner we were able to make selections before all of the preferable times were taken. The online payment process through Enlightened Excursions was easy. My daughter inquired about trip insurance and we both were able to add that protection through the online portal. Deidre kept in contact with us until the point of our departure and was available to answer any questions we might have had about our trip. The booking experience was so easy. With the information that Deidre provided about various cruise line options and her understanding of my needs and concerns, I know I picked the perfect short cruise that combined my need for relaxation and a bit of excitement. Working with Katlin to plan my 2 week adventure in Greece was a dream! I am a seasoned international traveler and I highly recommend Katlin as a travel advisor. She has extensively traveled as well and had been many places I wanted to check out in Greece. She did everything to help ensure a relaxing trip. She made sure I got to do what I wanted while making very cool suggestions along the way. Unique Experience Recommendations: Her recommendation of Meteroa was something I would have never known about and it was my favorite site in Greece by far! International Logistics: She was extremely helpful when tackling logistic in a foreign country. Navigating a new place can be the most challenging part of a trip and can derail all kinds of plans. I had a seamless trip because of Katlin's advice on this matter. Support: Katlin was extremely responsive during the planning of the trip as well as during my travels!!!! I will use Katlin for every trip going forward. You are in great hands with her whether this is your first or 500th trip.
