Oonchi dukaan pheeka pakwaan. Ordered a necklace from their website and unfortunately paid for it in advance. After 2 weeks at the time of delivery, I was informed that it is not ready because the material was not available. They ordered replacements, and I ordered one from them because I had already paid for my order. They confirmed that they have asked their vendor to arrange it and it would be delivered in the next week. Two weeks passed and the delivery status of my order is unknown. Now, they have stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages. Wastage of time and money. Thoroughly unprofessional people with no regard for customer service. Avoid them.
