EPM sent Trisha H. to my place for a few requests i just put in 2 days ago. EPM responds quickly with requests for maintenance. Trisha was the most knowledgeable maintenance gal ever. She can do and fix everything with a smile on her face. She was so nice and listened to my concerns. She made steps for my back door and they are wonderful. She picked out the hand rail and it's so pretty. She thinks if everything! She is also quite knowledgeable with heating and air conditioning, as she went to school for that. So whatever you need done, she will do it. I'm so glad to have met her. EPM is lucky to have her, i hope they appreciate her. If i ever need anything else done, i will definitely request Trisha and you should too !!!!
