We rented a home managed by RPM and wouldn’t recommend the experience. Move-in was rocky — the access code they provided didn’t work, and we had to wait outside with our dogs for about an hour until someone came in person to let us in. Maintenance was slow and communication was difficult. Replacing defective blinds took six months, with missed repair appointments and repeated follow-ups required on our end. We completed the required RentCheck move-in process with photos and documented pre-existing issues (took about an hour), yet were still charged on move-out for items clearly noted in the app over a year earlier. When we requested those charges be corrected, we were told they “missed” adding a cleaning fee, which would simply replace the incorrect charges, despite the home being thoroughly cleaned before move-out. If you see a property managed by this company, I’d recommend avoiding it.

I started with RPM in July and they have been a great asset in getting my property listed, filled, and maintaining service. The team at RPM is prompt with their communication and has continued to put me at ease as a property owner. I highly recommend RPM if you're looking for a partner in property management.
