I'm new to the area but I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! This place is such a vibe, and although the service is on the slower side, I'm not mad because the smoothie and latte was great!! I was immediately welcomed as I walked in despite a few people waiting and only 1 person working. The gentleman working was super friendly and acknowledge the longer wait time. I love being able to support a local shop, you can just taste the difference especially knowing there's some extra love/heart put into what you order, which is something I don't feel when ordering from a chain place.

I felt very accepted and welcomed in my skin at Equal minded. The food was not only filling and delicious, it was nurturing. The atmosphere was uplifting and comfortable. It created room for inspiration as well as a lively conversation. Service was outstanding. I didn't feel rush; I felt present.

Love this spot. Just had the hot honey turkey sandwich. So delicious! Vibes, immaculate. Coffee, on point. When I’m on this side of town, I’ll be hitting this place up. So happy to see Troost booming
