We moved to a bigger apartment in the same building because we truly love living here. Our family has grown, and the whole process was smooth and even better than we expected. The team helped us with everything, from finding the right unit to making sure the apartment was ready for us. Roxane, Gill, Yanina, and Wendy were amazing — kind, patient, and always willing to help. We received the apartment clean, well prepared, and felt at home right away. The building is always clean, organized, and well taken care of. Whenever we need something, the team is there and genuinely cares about the residents. We are very happy living here and highly recommend this place. It truly feels like home.

I’ve lived at 120 Old Carriage Drive, and I just want to share my honest experience. I’ve never dealt with management that made me feel more frustrated and unheard. We were suddenly charged $3,800 for a “custom fire-rated” door, even though I later found out the same style of door costs around $500. I was never told we’d be responsible for replacing the entire door — they only mentioned changing the locks. It felt extremely unfair and misleading. To make things worse, when someone backed into my car, I asked for the video for the police report. Instead of helping, management refused to release it right away. I had to wait an entire week, even though it was clearly an urgent situation. I’m moving out now. I’ve had enough. I just want other tenants and future renters to know what they’re getting into. There are better, newer, more honest places out there with staff who actually care. I would not recommend these apartments.

As an empty nester, I downsized to Guelph's Urban Lofts on the first day of its opening on May 1, 2021. I have to say that it's my best decision. Not only the building is located in the most convenient and beautiful community, the management team maintains the property in it's best condition. I always tell my friends that my apartment is like 5 star hotel. Now it's summer, the garden around the property is so colorful and enjoyable. Thanks to the great management team--- Nathan, Maricel, Tin and EJ!! Their hard work is very much appreciated. Here are two pictures taken from my balcony.

The building management: Gally and her entire team has been exceptional. They are consistently kind, helpful, and efficient, with impressively quick response times. They are always available, especially in emergencies, and they handle every situation with positivity, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. Their reliability and warm demeanor truly set them apart.
