The delivery driver rang my doorbell and waited a few seconds, he got spooked because of my dog (have it on video) barely gave me time to come down the stairs! If he would have waited for me to come down I would have put my dog away and answer the door. But When I came to the door he was in his vehicle and backing away! I tried waving my arms to get his attention but was too busy talking on the phone to pay attention! I than contacted the support line to ask for an expedited second attempt for the delivery and have been waiting for three days and nothing! I’m expecting medication for my dog that I have ordered well in advance and paid for an expedited parcel and now my package is on hold and I have no delivery date! Terrible service! Meantime I really need this medication! 😡 and THEY DON’T WORK ON WEEKENDS!!!
