I live in Southwest Missouri and was visiting my grandmother in OKC. Had just hit the turnpike on the way home when my battery and brake dash lights came on. So I turned back around and called certified Auto specialists. The day I called, they only had one mechanic working, due to the flu and vacations. When I called I talked to Tim, the owner. He explained that they might not be able to get it done that day because they only had one mechanic, but if I brought it in he would look at it himself. So I did and he did just that. Diagnosed it and fixed it. Prices seemed fair, and the owner is an absolute authority on Nissans and Infiniti. I have worked at dealerships and smaller shops and this shop is absolutely the best I've ever been to. Service is quick. Even if they are short of people, they will try to fit you in so that you can go about your life. Everyone that works there is very good and also kind and not condescending like you usually get at most shops. They are 100% honest and transparent. They do not try to tack on 15 other repairs to raise the total ticket price. If it wasn't so far from Southwest Missouri, I would take my car here every single time. I need any repair. Six out of five stars for sure! Check it out and you will not regret it.

Tim and the guys at certified, auto have always done a great job on my vehicles. You may not like what they have to say, but they are always honest and straightforward. I find that difficult to obtain with a lot of auto guys. We have taken American and foreign cars, their group has been great on small cars all the way up to full sized suvs. I would highly recommend them.
