Joining Lean Body Studio at the end of January was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In just 3 months, I’ve lost 25 lbs, hit my target weight of 190 lbs, and now I’m well on my way to achieving a 6-pack — something I never thought possible this quickly. Leroy is an incredible trainer who truly knows his stuff. His workouts are challenging, motivating, and most importantly, tailored to get results. He keeps you accountable while pushing you to be your best. The energy in the studio is always positive, and it’s clear that everyone there is working hard and having fun doing it. If you’re serious about transforming your body and mindset, I can’t recommend Leroy and Lean Body Studio enough. This place delivers.

I've been training for two years on my own, but was not been able to accomplish the definition I wanted! Went to see Leroy and talked to him about my goals! With the right nutrition guidance from him together with the great workouts, and the extra pushes, six months in, I look and feel better than ever before! Leroy is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I never saw real results until I started training with him, and it’s easily the best investment I’ve ever made—and continue to make. I’ve even stopped going to a regular gym and now just train with Leroy a few times a week. It’s so much more effective than any gym membership I’ve ever had. I found Lean Body Studio on Google Maps about a year ago, and I’m so glad I reached out to book my first session.
