This practice has been life changing for myself and my family. A few members of my family have been seeing Lauren for quite a few months now. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health so prior to finding Eunoia Counseling I had done extensive research on many therapist to ensure my son and myself found someone who was not only knowledgeable but also empathetic and truly cares for their clients.
