Anna always does such an amazing job with my nails. She’s so detail oriented and meticulous! I’d love if there were more gel overlay colour options as I find it more durable but so far I haven’t run out of options yet and can add shellac if I want a different colour. The spa itself is very well decorated and has a relaxing vibe. Would highly recommend

I received a gift card from my husband for Mother's Day so I've never been to this Spa before. I have been there twice and the experience was absolutely amazing. All the girls are super friendly and very helpful . I had a pedicure done by Laura both times and she was wonderful. I enjoyed my experience very much and I definitely will be returning.

I experienced Cocoon Spa'thecary for the first while visiting family in Kitchener and could not have been more pleased! Justine did a marvelous job on the pedicure I had signed up for. She was friendly, kind, and skilled. Several days later, I am still l enjoying the baby-softness of my normally rough and calloused feet. Thank you! When I'm next in town, I'll be back!

Just left Cocoon after the most wonderful pedicure I've ever had and had to leave a review! Wendy did my pedicure and was so sweet and made me feel like a princess! I'm so happy with the whole experience. The young lady attending the desk was amazing! Sophie was so attentive and kind from the minute we walked in! I've been in the service industry for 27 years and I can say with 100% certainty that she knows what she's doing and does it very well! She made the experience that much better! I can't wait to come back again!! I highly recommend for some self care!!!
