Big thanks to Euro Style Car Rental for the Mercedes S-Class AMG 63. It was a dream and perfect for getting around Poland. The whole process was smooth and simple. We went on a trip to Warsaw, properly booking all our needed reservations. This car rental company was one of them. The reservation was made months in advance. Just in case, we called a week before to confirm our car. We were told the car would be ready. The next week, we flew to Poland, dropped our baggage, and went to pick up the car. In the office, they told us the car was unavailable because another customer extended their reservation. However, they offered a different car for the same price. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they hadn’t lied to us, but since we don’t like dishonest business practices, we decided to go elsewhere. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it was a one-time issue, but we heard the same excuse last time, and it looks like more customers had the same bad experience. All our business arrangements were postponed. Don’t trust these people; they use the same dirty tricks on everyone. You will never get your deposit back.
