The Vault is NOT a TRUSTWORTHY establishment. We are long time acquaintances of Mike Magnotich from the Vault, who quoted $435.00 to replace a lobster necklace clip. Due to knowing us for many years he reduced the price to give us a "deal" of $320.00. My gut told me to get a second opinion, I took it to a professional Jeweler whom we had no previous experience with, who quoted us $145.00. Curious to see just how dishonest Mike Magnotich at the Vault would be, I asked both Jewellers for a quote to purchase the 16 gram necklace. Not surprising the professional Jeweler offered us $900.00 and Mile at the vault...$580.00. With acquaintances like that, who needs enemy's? I expressed to my partner, Mike was deliberately ripping us off, his response: "ultimately they ripped them selfs off. We will never shop there again" As an honest, loyal Miltonian, I discourage anyone from trusting them. (always get a second opinion) Better yet, send the message that Miltonians do not accept being taken advantage of, and do not shop there. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Absolutely the best service! I came in to get my watch band fixed and was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. What really stood out was how welcoming the staff were — no pressure, no judgment, just great service. Even if you're not dressed like you're made of money, they treat you like gold.
