National Jewellers

The team at National Jewellers are as fair and professional as they come. Selling gold isn’t something I do everyday and it was very confusing to figure out how to value the items I had.

I called the store and explained my situation, I was trying to figure out how to evaluate my items so that I had a better idea of what they were worth prior to walking in the store. The staff walked me through the true market price, they told me that some of my items could be polished and repaired and that they could pay more than the value. At this point I decided I knew enough to go in, they were nice and walked me through the entire process. They tested my items, a couple of them weren’t gold which was funny because I remember who gave them to me as gifts many years ago. That was interesting to find out. They paid me cash and gave back the non-gold items in a small jeweller bag for me and I left! I wish I had more stuff to sell because it was really fun to watch and I will refer whoever I can.

I recently had an excellent experience at National Jewelers thanks to Robert, the general manager. He assisted me in getting my ring polished and coated with rhodium, and I was amazed at how quickly it was done. The quality of the work is outstanding! Highly recommend them.
