Good and not expensive car rental. Fast service. Good new cars. Get KIA Sportage for a week and was very satisfied from it. Only one bad thing. They "found" big scratch on front window, which we did not seen, and small dent on the door which already was there when we get the car. I did photos with dent before starting drive, but there was no one to whom we could show this dent.

31 Euro fee for 10 minutes late (after hours at 5:10p). Terrible attitude. Tried to get me to sign for damages without looking at car. I forgot my international driver's license. She said to take car but said if police find out THEY COUDL TAKE CAR and fine me. Not professional!

I had very good experience with the Europcar station at the Hotel Sobieski in Warsaw. The lady at the station was polite and kind, very patient to all our questions. .The car was ready before the time we ordered, it was clean I damaged the car, my fault, they were kind and helpful, translation everything to English, making it possible to apply for refund back home.
