Alicia is an amazing Travel Agent. She has booked several trips for us. Her attention to detail is like no other that we have experienced with other agents. On our latest trip my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. She let the resort know, in our file, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers was left in our room, as well as a bottle of Sparkling Wine & dessert. At supper the staff sang to us as well as bringing us a special dessert & drink. Alicia also manages to get us the best room with the best view. When you leave your travel plans with her you know that you can just sit back, and wait for the day that you take off. She always makes our trips just so seamless. We are looking forward to booking our next trip with her, and would definitely recommend her to our friends & family.

OK Daughter in law…show your stuff. Instead of me doing my usual self directed holidays…… So it’s a small European adventure starting with 4 days in Rome a 10 day Italy/Greece/Turkey cruise and then partial unwind in Barcelona for 3 days. Weather - CHECK…July in a heat wave … 38- 40 and sunny for the whole trip. Made the wine and the beer taste even better Itinerary- CHECK guided tours and private transfers… it added somewhat to the cost….BUT in the middle of the tourist season with above temperatures and post covid travel crowds it reduced our stress to just about zero. This was a recommended course of action and it was well worth it!! All of the key sights in Rome -Vatican, Colliseum, Museums,Churches( who new there were over 900 in the city), Shopping,Eating ….CHECK No fighting or worrying about connections or dealing with large tour groups. Excellent tour guides Barcelona - as per Rome- CHECK Intimate experiences Dining - CHECK Hotels- CHECK Rome 2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and numerous restaurants and shops- Barcelona - heart of the old city. Roof top Patio bar overlooking the entire city Big surprise- CHECK Golf Cart tour of Rome …absolutely awesome and cannot recommend it enough. Narrow streets , site seeing and refreshment breaks at local out of the way trattoria’s and shops 10 days Cruise - CHECK Celebrity Cruise - well done The best part…???? Here’s what we think we would like ….. and it was delivered . No fuss, no worry, step by step itinerary and instructions . What to expect, what to watch out for. The biggest stress was hoping that our WJ flights were not cancelled or changed Well Done Alicia
